The blog on this website is like an all-purpose self-help book with 10 chapters.  Each chapter has 10 or 15 articles which describe some of the causes and cures of the problems people most often bring into my office.  Once these posts have been absorbed and personalized, they serve as toolkits of insights and suggestions for solving life’s problems.  When problems are being solved, life is good.  The final chapter includes articles on Personal Growth and Wellness, teaching about how to make the good life better by extending it out and giving it away.
